InSources is a small business which was established in 2004 in a small town near Triangle area in North Carolina (NC) with the purpose to help small business owners with their day-to-day business or specific project at affordable price.
Just because we are small does not mean that we cannot provide quality service. On the contrary, this means that we are able to maintain our service and our mutual relationship with our clients at as high level as possible.

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing specialized business support services on a contractual basis from his/her own office. How we work
Thanks to the continued advancement of modern technology, a Virtual Assistant can provide off-site support to clients across the globe. The location of your business or the location of your Virtual Assistant has no impact on the services that are available to you. Work assignments are easily communicated by e-mail, telephone, fax and the postal system. With technology, a Virtual Assistant is as accessible as the person "down the hall".

To contact us, simply drop us an email and/ or call with a job request. New clients will get a response back with a confirmation and completion time the same day. If you are a returning client and already have an account with us, you can simply send us your job order and the information related to the job. We will then send you the information on the Payment Term and the Service Agreement form to fill out and sign.
Once we receive your completed and signed Service Agreement, we will start working. After the job is completed, it can be emailed, faxed, sent via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex, or if you are in the area, dropped off to you. All depending on your needs and the type of job. In addition depending on the nature of the job, we can also provide detailed time sheets showing exact dates, time periods and jobs worked on during that billing period.
